Exmoor Ales cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, regardless of the ordering date. Although DX have been reliable compared to other couriers, unforeseen situations happen.
Strikes, courier staff shortages due to illness, and bad weather have made service unpredictable in recent years.

If you’re ordering one of our draught products to enjoy during Christmas, please read our care and preparation information to help time your order. Webshop orders are not packed Friday – Sunday to ensure the freshness of our products.
Brewery Shop Holiday Hours
Holiday hours: Closing at 3pm, Friday 22nd. Closed Christmas and Boxing Day.
Normal brewery shop hours open Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm
Just turn up, or ring ahead on 01984 623798 to order by phone then collect.
Note: Draught products (polypins and mini-casks) require 24-hours notice to allow preparation time.
